Learn boxing & kickboxing in an authentic setting! Burn calories and learn real skills with a combination of heavy bag and mitt work to maximize your progression!
2-5 person training! 30 minutes of personalized strength training followed by 30 minutes of boxing/kickboxing training. These private workouts are tailored to the group.
WHO AM I?
I am a full time coach, former amateur fighter. I have coached every level of athlete from professionals to day one beginners.
My goal as a coach is to deliver the highest level of instruction of boxing, kickboxing, and strength & conditioning on your journey to becoming a healthier, more athletic life.
